January 29- Lacking on the updates.. sorry... I just updated the whole rose/casper pictures section in MEDIA, and FINALLY added the Alt Press in January (MAGAZINES).. i forgot to mention that I added more singles to the MUSIC section, and expanded the MERCH section earlier this month... ::Saw Death By Stereo and The Explosion at the Troubador::awesome show:: 2005 December 14- the LINKS section got a makeover Decemeber 12- I added a bunch of magazines and fliers to the MEDIA section, new artwork everyone sent it, and a few other small changes.. the semester is over so I have a little time to finally do some updates... *THE DISTILLERS IN JAN ALT. PRESS Check out The Distillers in AP's "Most Anticipated CDs of 2005" feature as they talk about the new CD* November 29- oh man.. so i suppose some have noticed the lack of updates... i keep getting emails, so thank you so much for continuing to visit, and making sure I do not forget... the things keep piling up that need to be added... pictures galore, links, avatars... drawings... you all send me such great wonderous things!!... I will stop promising when things will be updated, as I dont exactly follow through... for a news tidbit... ...The Distillers are playing December 18th at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, CA... but there's a catch.. it's a private event for Thrasher's "Skater Party of the Year", and as far as I can tell, tickets are special and hard to come by... if you have different details, I'd love to hear them, but that's all I know... sorry.... October 10- Added a bunch of wallpapers... Ive had them for ages and forgot... for those who didn't know, the Distillers have a new official message board at www.thedistillers.com (on my links page) September 30- I know you all are hating me, well, not everyone... thanks to those who have continued signing my guestbooks and sending emails of support for the site... its for you i continue working on this... So its been a busy month, school starting (college is going by quite quickly), I turned 21 last week, so THATS beeen an adventure, many many concerts to go to, in other words... things got in the way of updates... but im beginning again I uploaded quite a few downloads in the Media seciotn, and cleaned up old links that were no longer working, check out all the mp3s...also added new interviews for all to read, thanks to brody.tk...plus a few small tiny little new things like artwork and links... i will continue updating as time allows in the coming days... the Official Site at distillers.com has finally updated, go check it out! but you all know in the meantime you must continue to go to brody.tk for all the latest and greatest on the distillers... Oct 31- happy halloween to all... Two nights ago I went to see the Distillers w/QOTSA... after missing the Distillers set from being late (well i saw 3 songs.. fuckin A)... I was all bummed out in the back of the venue during QOTSA... when all of a sudden Brody comes walking into the sounds controls area in back... I freak out, walk over, ask her to sign my ticket, and she says "Do you have a pen?".. and I didn't! I don't know how to explain what went through my head...it was kinda all panicky... but I know I just looked at her and mouthed "FUCK"... when I should have said "you're my idol brody"...she just looked kinda apologetically at me, and i went on a pen search... but she was gone a minute later... but I actually exchanged words with her!... it was surrealike... but expect new distillers pics up from the show soon... 2003
